Room Rental Policy

Welcome to Mukhiya Lodge! Here’s everything you need to know about our room rental policies, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free stay.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time starts at 12:00 PM, and check-out time is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested based on room availability.
Room Rates: Our rooms are priced based on the type and duration of stay. Prices start at ₹1000 per night for students and ₹1500 per night for families.
Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after receiving full payment. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the booking details.
Payment Methods: We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, and Razorpay for online payments. Payment must be made in full prior to arrival.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of ₹500 is required at the time of booking. This amount will be refunded after check-out, subject to room condition inspection.
Occupancy: Rooms are available for single, double, and family occupancy. Please ensure that you choose the appropriate room type when booking.
Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours before check-in are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge of the total room rent.
