Terms and Conditions

General Terms:

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is only considered confirmed once payment is received in full. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
• Check-in and Check-out: Our standard check-in time is after 12:00 PM, and check-out time is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Identification: All guests are required to provide valid government-issued identification (Aadhar Card, Passport, etc.) at check-in.
• Occupancy Limit: Each room has a specified occupancy limit. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or the denial of room access.

Payment Terms:

• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments through bank transfer, UPI, and Razorpay for online transactions. Payments must be made in full before check-in.
• Refund Policy: Cancellations made 24 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the total room rent.
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of ₹500 is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded after check-out, subject to room condition inspection.

Guest Responsibilities:

• Behavior: Guests must maintain good conduct during their stay. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by Mukhiya Lodge management may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. Any damages will be charged to the guest’s account.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and public areas. A fine of ₹1000 will be charged if smoking is detected.

Limitation of Liability:

• Force Majeure: Mukhiya Lodge is not responsible for any disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or power failures.
• Damage to Personal Property: Mukhiya Lodge will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the guest's stay.
